Project was a new build commercial project undertaken in Amanzimtoti on the KZN South Coast. The modern construction included the use of mock stone external walls, giving the building an eye catching aesthetic.

Project was a new build multi building office park in Warner Beach, on the KZN South Coast. The project utilised several existing structures in order to minimise construction cost and included the high-end fit out of the buildings.

Project was a 181 key 4 star new build hotel and beach resort constructed on a sprawling site in Belle Mare on the east coast of Mauritius. The luxury resort included multiple restaurants, pools, shops and many acres of landscaped gardens.

Project was a 24 level high rise building constructed in the congested inner city area of Port Louis. Structure is the tallest in Mauritius and the building included many unique features. Consisting of 3 levels of retails, twelve commercial levels and nine levels of high-end luxury apartments.

Project was a new build project consisting of a luxury villa complex covering a gross area of 7015 square metres. The scope of work comprised of the construction of the eight expansive villas, four apartments, a club house, a tennis court, three swimming pools including all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing installation and access road.

Project consisted of the demolition of a an existing building and the extension to the existing power house, to enable the installation of an additional four 15MW generating units, complete with fuel supply and treatment systems, sludge incineration, 11kV switchgear and reactors.

Project/Phase II Infrastructure works project – The Canary Wharf project is a world leading new build commercial centre situated in the Docklands district in London’s East End. The RT3 retail project consisted of the new build construction of a below surface retail centre and related infrastructure. The project additionally included the infrastructure works for the Canary Wharf Phase II Project.

The Wembley Two project was a new build high rise commercial building constructed in the Gardens District of Cape Town. The building consisted on five below ground parking levels and seven floors above.

Was an ultra-fast track project to construct 5-star beach front resort villas with all related infrastructure, restaurants, gym, pools etc. in Le Morne, Mauritius. The project was completed in 100 days start to finish and set a new standard in the Mauritian construction industry.

Project was a technically challenging project constructing a modern grain storage and packaging facility in the port area in Port Louis Mauritius. The project required intricate formwork designs and was completed within an operational facility.

Project was a fast track refurbishment project stripping out an entire 181 key resort hotel and spa and re-fitting the entire resort, including hotel rooms, restaurants, pools and the extensive landscaped gardens, to a 5 star standard for a new hotel group.

Project comprised of the construction of a new power house having the capacity to house two 2.5 MW engines. The scope of work included installation of engines foundations, electrical annex, transformer area, stack, boiler, radiator cooler, service tank farm and access roads.

Project was a 16 level office new build, located in the heart of Port Louis, for the State Insurance Company of Mauritius Ltd (SICOM).This new commercial building covers a total floor area of 6935 square metres. The building comprises of 3 parking levels (basement, ground floor and first floor), commercial space at ground floor and 12 upper office floors.

Project consisted of 45 new build luxury IRS villas, with all related infrastructure constructed on a virgin 45 Acres site in the unspoilt National Parks Valley of Black River. The villas ranged from 300 to 600 square metres, situated on plots ranging from 1000 to 5000 square metres. Each villa included a private swimming pool.

Project was a multiphase residential project situated in East London, adjacent to Canary Wharf. The project consisted of multiple blocks, set on an expansive site along the Thames River bank.

Project was a large scale new build commercial project constructed in Woodstock, Cape Town. The project comprised of a 3 level below ground basement parking over 54,000 m² and seven office towers above.

Project consisted of the intricate demolition of a section of the museum, adjacent to the Reading Room and its reconstruction of the Welcome Gallery.
